24/7 Support
The Support Department at TLC's headquarters in Inwood, W.Va., is staffed from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday, so customers talk to a person, not an answering machine. After-hours emergency support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. TLC's Web-based support is also available. Access up to date technical information on our customer Web sites and converse with your colleagues on our special listserves.
