Textbook Management and Asset Tracking

The efficient solution for managing school inventories

See Textbook Management in action
TLC's Textbook Management and Asset Tracking is an affordable add-on module that simplifies a school district's task of distributing and accounting for textbooks and other district-owned items such as calculators, computers, and even padlocks.

Textbook Management and Asset Tracking gives users the ability to quickly and easily add new titles, update the conditions of school-owned items, and assign materials to students and faculty. The Web application features a dashboard-style interface that displays material conditions, district-wide inventories, and statuses and locations of textbooks and other school assets. The program can produce reports for an entire district or individual schools to show what items are checked out to which students at any given time.

Empower your school district to comprehensively oversee materials, identify additional or limited inventories, and save time and money.

Textbook Management and Asset Tracking is offered as an optional add-on that is incorporated into the interface of TLC's LibrarySolution for Schools, an integrated library system with powerful features designed to streamline the district-wide administration and maintenance of school media centers.
